KopriVITA is a social enterprise that produces food products with the addition of nettle and employs people with disabilities and other members of marginalized social groups.
KopriVITA pasta is handmade, from local ingredients, just like it was done in the past. The pasta is without additives, colors and preservatives, with a high proportion of nettle.
Our products are mostly made with durum flour. Semolina is durum wheat flour, which gives the pasta a coarser texture, and therefore allows the sauces to adhere better to the pasta.
