Description
We want to introduce to you a completely new and unique method of canning ripe olives (green and black) completely naturally, without the use of chemicals (soda-NaOH, preservatives, additives, etc.). This preserves all the healthy ingredients in the olive fruit and olive oil in its entirety, which gives the product an exceptional taste and quality.
For comparison, I emphasize that all other producers in the world in the production process briefly cook the olive fruit in a 2% solution of soda-NaOH and then rinse them.
We have designed and manufactured the machines needed for industrial production by this innovative method, and the technological process itself is significantly cheaper than the current world technology of cooking in soda-NaOH.
The product itself is always BIO, ie natural, clean and unpolluted with chemicals. We would like to inform you that from this fall we will start the production of BIO certified olives.
