Na maslacu popržiti sitno sjeckani luk.
Dodati na komadiće izrezanu vratinu, šampinjone, slatku crvenu papriku u prahu (po želji), svježu papriku, mrkvu, sol, mažuran, papar i lovorov list.
Pirjajte sve na laganoj vatri, zalijte temeljcem (ili vodom) i dodajte na kockice narezan krumpir.
Kada namirnice omekšaju dodajte češnjak koji ste prethodno na sitno nasjeckali i vrhnje za kuhanje.
Poslužite u tanjuru koji možete ukrasiti listićima svježeg peršina (može biti i sjeckani peršin)
