Očistimo i na ploške narežemo vrganje, operemo ih , ocijedimo i začinimo te ih pirjamo na masti na kojoj smo prethodno pržili sitno nasijeckan luk.
U drugoj posudi prepržimo brašno na masti, zalijemo vodom do određene količine gustoće, posolimo, zapaprimo te dodamo pirjane vrganje i pustimo da kuha.
Deset minuta prije serviranja dodamo kiselo vrhnje.
Ukrasimo sjeckanim zelenim peršinom.
Poslužimo sa prženim kruhom.
