UMAK:
1 žličica soja sosa
1 žličica meda
1 žličica gustina
Priprema:
1. Povrće narežete na srednje velike komade. Da se lijepo mogu hvatati štapićima.
2. Piletinu narežete na tanke trakice, operete u vodi i osušite.
3. Dodajte gustin, med i soja sos i dobro promiješate.
4. Zagrijete wok i kada je vruć stavite malo ulja.
5. Ispeći piletinu. Rasporediti ju na dno woka i pustiti par minuta dok ne dobije lijepu boju. Onda sve komade okrenete.
6. Kad je piletina spremna izvadite ju iz woka. Ubacite povrće i postite ga par minuta. Po potrebi dodajete ulje.
7. Ubacite piletinu te pustite mješavinu par minuta da se dobro peče.
8. Na kraju zalijete umakom i promiješate.
Posluživanje:
Napravite malo riže ili rižinih rezanaca i pomiješate sve zajedno.
Savjet!
Ako ne volite slano stavite manje soja umaka i dodajte malo vode.
U umak slobodno dodajte malo vode, pa će mu trebati duže da se zgusne. Imat ćete više vremena za promiješati sve sastojke.
Piletinu možete peči na srednjoj vatri, a pojačati na najjaču tek kada ubacite povrće.
